Keanekaragaman Aglaonema di Kecamatan Temanggung, Kabupaten Temanggung, Jawa Tengah

Tanaman Aglaonema atau yang sering disebut sri rejeki merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman hias. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman dan hubungan kemiripan berdasarkan karakter morfologi. menggunakan metode survei teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Variabelnya adalah morfologi batang daun, parameter diukur meliputi, panjang batang, diameter helaian lebar pelepah tangkai sedangkan diamati warna jumlah dalam rumpun, bentuk permukaan daun per corak tepi tulang urat ujung pangkal rumpun. Analisis data dilakukan deskriptif kemiripan, dianalisis dengan UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method Arithmatic Mean) software MEGA 6.0. ditemukan setelah diidentifikasi terdapat 14 varian, yaitu 2 spesies, meliputi costatum var. albovariegatum (Snow White) modestum ‘Red Evergreen’, serta 12 hibrid, ‘Butterfly’, ‘Donna Carmen’, ‘Esmeralda’, ‘Happiness’, ‘Lady Valentine’, ‘Luilaiwan’, Kochin’, ‘Ruay Ummata’, ‘Ruby Soft’, ‘Siam Aurora’ , ‘Srikandi’, ‘Venus’. Hubungan dari paling dekat indeks dissimilaritas 0,045, pada Evergreen’ ‘Luilaiwan’ Aurora’. Sedangkan terjauh jauh 0,455 antara ‘Butterfly’ ‘Esmeralda’.
